Aye, aye!

The pencils have been really smoking today!

We've been busy doing maths tests, which is always fun, and in art we've been sketching the eye. Drawing isn't usually something we find easy, in fact, it's pretty hard for most of us. But it is something that we can get better at if we keep doing our best and practice. So eye was glad to see that our sketches of our eyes got a lot better from the beginning of the lesson to the end. Sometimes it's annoying to have to start again or to make a mistake and 'spoil' a picture but the best things take time to arrive and nothing good ever comes easy so well done to everyone who kept going. After all, Michelangelo took four years to finish his greatest work so two lessons isn't really that bad!
