When Dinah is fostered by the Hunters she thinks her biggest problem will be fitting in with her foster-brothers, Lloyd and Harvey. However, once she starts at her new school it's clear that there's more to worry about. All the children, apart from a handful including Lloyd and Harvey, are too well-behaved-robotic almost-and oddly keen to please the creepy headmaster. The three children set out to discover the nature of his influence over everyone but then Dinah finds herself saying and doing things she has no power over. Soon they uncover the headmaster's wicked plan. Controlling the school is just a practice run. He has set his sights on dominating the entire nation. The children must foil him before he succeeds but with Dinah under his spell they've got a challenge on thier hands.the best part
When all of the splat group come together to foil the headmasters plans.
The main charecters:
Loyld who was jealous of Dinah.
Dinah who was so smart.
Harvey who was quiet all the time.
The person I liked best was Dinah.
Why I liked this person
Because she gets the idea of the spy.And tries to get on the good side of Lolyd.

Dinah moves into the hunter family who is going to school as her foster brothers Lloyd and Harvey. Harvey and Lloyd seem to hate her and school was really strange. Pupils suddenly talk like robots and do unusual things. They are sure the Head master has some power over them and they are wanting to know more about what is going to happen. But the demon head master is equally determent to stop Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey
The tiltle of the book is The Demon Headmaster.The author's name is Gillian Cross. It took place in school. The story is about a girl called Dinah who goes to the Hunter family with her foster brothers Lloyd and Harvey. She had to go with them in the same school. The chidren in the school were weird and all of the kids went to an assembly except for Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey. Every time they come back; Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey ask them what they did, but they always say "we saw a film about ants and it was exciting". Then Dinah realizes that she is becoming wierd.That was because the Headmaster sacrificed her.So Lloyd and Harvey started to hate her. And every day she went to the assembly whith the wierd kids, and every day Lloyd and Harvey would ask her what did she do. But every time she would say the same thing "i saw a film about ants and it was exciting". But one day she remembered and told them that the headmaster was sacrificing them. So they talked about it and said "why arent we with the wierd people". Lloyd finally knew the answer then he asked Dinah did the headmaster stare in your eyes and ask if you are very tired, and you want to sleep. Dinah said yes. And Harvey said "when he asked me that question i said no im not sir".And after they talked about it they became friends again. So after days the headmaster said to Dinah "you are a very smart girl, you will be in the math quiz". Dinah told Lloyd and Harvey about what the headmaster said. They thought of a plan to stop him because the winning team would let his headmaster go on TV. The plan they thought of was that they would let the trucks go to a wrong place, lock all the teachers in the swimming pool and lock the classes. It worked except that the headmaster and a girl were out. So they gave them the keys. After a while the math quiz came. Dinah won so the headmaster went on TV in front of the world. He tried sacrificing them until he sneezed and everyone laughed. So it didn't work. Dinah was the one who let him sneeze so he said "i will take my revenge". The part of the book that i most liked was when Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey made a plan on the headmaster. The main characters were Dinah who was a girl. Harvey who was a girl and Lloyd who was a boy. I liked Dinah the most because she helped Lloyd and Harvey alot. Another book by the same author is the revenge of the demon headmaster. The story is about Dinah moving to the hunters,when she met Lloyd and Harvey her foster brothers, Harvey and Lloyd had to go to a school that is strange and have strange people. And they had a really mean headmaster that has power. And he hated everybody that is bad. He hated Dinah, Lloyd and Harvey the most I Liked this story because : It has action and scary stuff like the headmaster and it is an adventure. I liked Lloyd, because he is brave and he is like a man. I didn't learn any words because i didn't listen to all the story. And i want to see what happens next !!!!!
